What Happens Next?
Step 1: Check your Email, Sign your Agreement & Complete Your Intake Form
Check your inbox for your welcome email with all the details you need to get started, including a link to your comprehensive health intake form. You'll also receive a separate email from DocuSign with your Terms of Agreement. Please complete your intake form and sign your agreement as soon as possible. (Don't see it? Check your spam folder and mark us as safe!)
Step 2: Your Test Kit is On Its Way
Once your agreement is signed, your test kit will be shipped directly to you within 3-5 business days. It includes everything you need plus simple instructions for collecting your sample at home.
Step 3: Complete & Return Your Test
Following the provided instructions for collecting your sample and simply mail it back using the prepaid shipping label included in your kit. The lab will process your results within 2-4 weeks.
Step 4: Receive Your Personalized Results
When your results are ready, you'll receive your recorded lab interpretation and customized 3-month protocol. This is where the real transformation begins!
